Q1: What products do you offer?
A: We supply self-adhesive labelstock jumbo rolls for flexo converting, including film facestocks such as PP, BOPP and PET, as well as selected paper labelstocks. These materials are used for packaging, daily chemical, food, logistics and industrial labeling applications.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer of self-adhesive label materials, with our own coating, laminating and slitting capabilities in China. This allows us to control quality, lead time and cost more efficiently.
Q3: How can I get samples and how long will it take?
A: For standard items in stock, samples can usually be shipped within 3 days. For special structures or non-stock items, sampling normally takes about 3–7 days. We can provide A4 sheets or small rolls for testing, and standard samples are free of charge.
Q4: How do you control quality?
A: We apply strict quality control from incoming raw materials to finished jumbo rolls. Key items such as thickness, basis weight, adhesive performance, release and printability are checked and recorded before shipment.
Q5: Do you have an MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on facestock, adhesive construction and roll specification. For many standard jumbo roll items, MOQ starts from around 3,000 m². Please contact us with your required structure for confirmation.
Q6: What information should I provide to get a quotation?
A: To quote accurately, please share the facestock, adhesive requirement or end-use environment, liner preference, roll width, core size, quantity, destination port and any special converting or compliance requirements. If you are replacing an existing material, your current specification or sample will help us recommend a closer match.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: Usually, 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners or special projects, other terms can be discussed.
